How do you choose when there are so many choices for roofing repairs? You look at their ratings. I absolutely chose Action Roofing because of their five star ratings. Each department was very informative and knowledgeable. Dan was my representative who came out and inspected my roof. He was very helpful and gave a few options for my chipped shingles that needed replacing. The scheduling team was very accommodating with working with me and my only day off during the week. Joel and his crew came out today and did an amazing job repairing a few areas with chipped shingles from a previous tree that had been hitting my roof. Very polite! I would recommend them and will definitely use again in the future if needed!
I hired Action roofing to fix a leak in my flat roof. My air conditioner also sits on my flat roof so the issue was complicated. Was the leak coming from the roof or the AC? After the initial repair was done, the problem wasn’t resolved so Action Roofing sent out two of their best technicians to diagnose the problem. John and Ryan spent three hours on Wednesday diagnosing the problem and determined the leak was coming from the AC connection to the doghouse. They spoke with my AC contractor and told me they would come back to meet him and show him what the issue was, which they did today. I can’t tell you how relieved and pleased I am with their skill and professionalism. I’m also grateful to Action Roofing for seeing this through till the issue was resolved.
